There’s a Big Surprise for Dax Coming!
Hello Armcherries!
We’ve been at this Companion thing for almost a year now…..I know, crazy, right? Before I talk about something that I think is a beautiful idea, I want to personally say thank you for being an armcherry. Whether you have been listening since the beginning or you just started listening yesterday, this group has grown into such a loving and caring community. I could not be prouder to consider myself part of this group of people. This brings me to something special an armcherry with a heart of gold has organized for Dax’s upcoming birthday.
I received an email the other day with the subject, “Armcherries Celebrate Dax’s Birthday”. After opening the email, I was instantly touched by this armcherry’s heart and what she put together for Dax’s birthday. The armcherry is Kelly Hayes, and her idea is to raise $10,000 for the Prostate Cancer Foundation, a cause that is very close to Dax’s heart after losing his Stepdad to prostate cancer in 2018. Once I spoke to Kelly, I knew we had to get everybody involved and make Dax’s Birthday on January 2nd extra special.
So, here is the plan! Donate any money that you can to the website below and help get us to the goal of $10,000 by January 2nd. With the amount of armcherries out there this will be easy to meet, and we should even surpass this original goal! Imagine the surprise and delight on Dax’s face when he sees a nice big donation in his honor, to his favorite charity. This is the greatest way to say thank you to a man that has given us so much in the last 21 months of his podcast.
The goal is to give Dax the biggest surprise from his biggest fans in the world. Let’s do this!
Please go to this Donation page that Kelly has setup and donate whatever you can. Every little bit helps us reach this goal, and please pass this along to any armcherries you know and let them in on the surprise for Dax.
Just don’t tell Dax about it, Ok? : )
